From hormonal changes to societal pressures\, understanding these differences is key to improving women’s health and well-being. Join us for “The Sleep Spectrum: Understanding Sleep Changes in Women Across a Lifetime”\, a compelling lecture that explores how sleep changes for women and how it differs from men. \nThis event will highlight: \n•Lifelong Sleep Changes: Explore how sleep evolves through puberty\, menstruation\, pregnancy\, postpartum\, perimenopause\, and menopause.
