This simple\, relaxed walk encourages participants to: \n•Disconnect from daily stress and distractions.\n•Unwind with movement\, fresh air\, and conversation.\n•Learn about the critical role sleep plays in overall health and well-being. \nWhat’s Included? \nBy hosting a Sleep Walk\, you’ll receive support materials and resources to make your event a success\, including: \n•Pre-designed promotional materials (flyers\, social media templates).\n•A curated Sleep Health Tip Sheet to share with participants.\n•Ideas for fun\, sleep-themed activities before or after the walk\, such as journaling prompts or calming breathing exercises. \n\nHow to Get Started: \nInterested in bringing this event to your community or campus?
