Our sleep shapes our health, our education, and our communities. It’s time to push for policies that prioritize rest as a cornerstone of well-being. Join us in calling for transformative action on sleep-related policies, including:

School Start Times
Advocate for later school start times to align with adolescent sleep needs and enhance learning and mental health outcomes.

Daylight Savings Time Reform
Support ending the clock-changing cycle to stabilize our sleep patterns and protect our health.

Insurance Coverage
Demand better insurance coverage for essential sleep-related interventions and tools, including sleep studies, CPAP machines, and behavioral therapies.

Sleep in Mental Health Care
Promote the integration of sleep health into mental health assessments and interventions, ensuring sleep is treated as a core component of emotional well-being.

Sleep Education
