Sleep Awareness Month on Campus

Sleep Awareness Month on Campus

We are building a national movement dedicated to promoting healthy sleep habits for student well-being and academic success.
This initiative empowers campuses to take action by organizing engaging events, fostering leadership, and translating research into real-world impact.

Research shows that better sleep improves focus, mental health, and overall performance—yet many students struggle with sleep deprivation.
